Domestic Delivery Policy
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not posted or delivered on
Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, postage may be delayed by 1 day at the most . Please allow additional days for delivery of Merchandising or Accessories as these are related to stock re-order levels. If there will be a significant delay in postage of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Postage rates & delivery charges
Postage charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Prices can be viewed on the Postage Charges page of the website.
All items are sent out by Royal Mail.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Talk Of The Grapevinyl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Talk Of The Grapevinyl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

International Shipping Policy
All international orders are sent out either Tracked or Signed & Tracked. Any International Returns must be Postage Paid by the Customer.
